About Us
As an independent practice we take pleasure in offering our patients a tailored service to ensure that the experience is suited to individual needs. We strive to ensure our practice is warm and welcoming and that patients truly feel part of our Williams Optometrists family. Our dedicated professional team know how to help anxious patients and children feel at ease and we are very comfortable providing eye examinations for non english speaking patients, young babies and patients with specific disabilities or requirements.
Varilux Specialist Glazing Lab
At Williams Optometrists, we are extremely proud of our on site specialist glazing lab and tint workshop based at our Benfleet practice. Here our team can offer a same day glazing and tinting sunglass service and provide prompt solutions to any damaged or broken spectacles. Where possible, repairs will be made on site, within minutes.
Teamwork
We decided that our patients deserve the best and have also invested much into ensuring we have the optimum equipment to assess the health of our patient’s eyes, such as our retinal camera and visual fields machines. These are vital tools our specialist professional team of qualified staff can use to detect potential eye diseases ensuring prompt referral when necessary to help prevent permanent damage and loss of sight. Our professional team thrives on resolving complex prescriptions and adapting frames to fit those patients with physiological complications and enjoy demonstrating their commitment in offering our patients both the benefit of their knowledge in the latest product advancements in optics and in discussing the optimum solution for each of our patient’s visual requirements.
